We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and/or to remove or modify any content on it. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, in our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, regardless of whether said product has been sold or not, removing or modifying any material or content on the website, or for refusing to process an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

Delivery deadlines cannot be claimed by the client in the event that the breach was due to force majeure. Including customs delays.

To place Orders to different addresses, it will be necessary to place an Order by destination.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all the details of his order. Orders placed in error are the responsibility of the buyer, and may give rise to additional costs. In case of errors when placing the order; chosen photo, size, finish. In no case  can be held responsible for the delivery of a wrong product.

Once your purchase transfer is received, we will proceed to the laboratory processing and subsequent signature of the author, for shipment.

5. Transportation and delivery

Delivery of your order:
The acquired photographs are delivered within a maximum period of 15 business days, by courier service at the address that the buyer had indicated in the purchase form.

The delay may be due to the following reasons:

  • 1. Customization of products
  • 2. Specialized articles
  • 3. Unforeseen circumstances
  • 4. Delivery area

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date.

Shipping and Transportation:

Before making the shipment, the corresponding deposit must have been made through the payment methods that are accepted.

Loss or damage in transport:

All works will have transport insurance. In case of any damage during the journey, we will take care of the freight for collecting the defective merchandise for its replacement with the same work in optimal conditions.

The loss and/or damage of a product ordered will be at the expense of The buyer is responsible for verifying the goods received. In the event of eventual damage, the buyer must notify  within 3 business days following the date of receipt of the product, by email

After receiving the damage notification, will  provide instructions to the buyer for the eventual return of the goods in their original packaging. Once we verify the damage caused, we promise to repeat the order, free of charge for the customer.

The risks of subsequent damage to our products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery and if you do not receive the corresponding notification within the established deadlines.

Delivery address: The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all the data of the indicated delivery address. Wrong delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer and may lead to additional costs. In the event of errors in the recipient's address data, in no case can be held responsible for the inability to deliver the requested products.

6. Cancellation of an order

You have a period of 24 hours to cancel your order. After this time, no cancellations are allowed. Next, the refund of the amount entered will be carried out.

7. Returns

Returns are not allowed, except in the case of failure in the reproduction of the photograph or due to mishandling in transport (any damage to the work suffered during transport must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the work for its return and change).

Products must be returned prior notification to, in their original packaging within 3 business days following this notification. The buyer must attach a copy of the invoice or delivery note to this return. The return is not possible under any circumstances, for products that have been specially manufactured for you (different sizes from the catalog or personalized supports).

After receiving the damage notification, will provide instructions to the buyer for the eventual return of the goods in their original packaging. Once we verify the damages are due to failure in the photographic reproduction or bad manipulation, we promise to repeat the order, free of charge for the client and to send it again within the established deadlines.
